《梦开始的地方》是上海外语频道和上海市红十字会联手创办的大型慈善类月播栏目，它融纪实、访谈和资讯为一体，反映困难少年儿童的境遇和梦想，纪录社会爱心人士对他们的关爱，为孩子圆梦，给孩子快乐。

每月最后一个My Dream 梦开始的地方  周日晚上5点

My Dream is a charity show co-produced by International Channel Shanghai and Shanghai Red Cross.

It will air on a monthly basis on ICS. Combining documentaries, interviews and information round-up, the programme tells the living conditions and dreams of children in need, and how their lives transformed and dreams realized, with love and care from society.
