       经过整整两个月的策划、拍摄和制作，《说东道西》栏目在奥运来临之际制作出了一档特别节目，作为对北京奥运的献礼。这期名为《生命的奥运》的特别节目打破了《说东道西》以往的制作模式，在原有谈话节目的基础上，通过大量纪实影像，记录了由200名癌症患者组成的奥运助威团的特别经历，为“人文奥运”加注了新的标签。 

After two months of preparation, filming and editing, Culture Matters is now dedicating a special episode as a gift to the Beijing Olympics. Different from its usual style, this episode named Stronger, Swifter, Further: The Real Athletes, is more than a talk show. It presents the audience with a touching documentary about 200 cancer patients and their Olympic dreams. Their special actions are a reminder of the real meaning of “humanistic Olympics”.
