NEWS AT TEN is a live 30-minute news program aired at 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. Established in 1986, it is the first English-language news program in China, and is now the prime news program of ICS. It brings Engligh-speaking viewers in Shanghai the latest on international and domestic politics, economics, society, culture and sports. With real-time information, on the spot reports and in-depth investigations, it tells you what's on in the world.
