  《爱生活》是从2008年1月1日在外语频道推出的一档日播类生活专题，紧接着《洋厨房》后播出。节目时长15分钟，以2-3个不同主题的小专题版块衔接而成，向观众展现更为精致和创意的生活方式，如何以最小的代价创造最大的生活情趣，如何在城市的平凡中发现精彩的生活灵感。

专题版块将含盖以下内容:
快乐宠物:   养育宠物，给宠物做美容，给宠物上课的各类技巧，各类最新的宠物设备，如何和宠物快乐和平地相处。
创意DIY:   对平凡物品的价值再创造。（服装设计、家居摆设，首饰制作等）
花园园艺:   介绍各类园艺技巧，各类花卉和植物的培养知识和技巧，如何布置花园和用园艺布置家居。
超级购物狂: 上海特色小店的介绍，在不起眼的城市角落发现生活的精彩。
室内装潢:   介绍最新室内装潢的趋势。最新的厨房 浴室等用品的发布。

 

 

I life  more delicate and creative life style

broadcast at 6:15 p.m. from Monday to Friday on the International Channel

"I life",is a special program about life. Lasting 15 minutes and composed of 2-3 different themes, it will show the audience a more delicate and creative life style –how to create the best life-style in the least expensive way, and how to find inspiration from life in the every day city.

The different sections included are as follows:

Pets: Raising pets, beautifying pets, training pets, the latest pet equipment, and how to have a peaceful life with pets.

Creative DIY: Creating everyday things such as clothes, rearranging furniture to decorate the house, making jewellery by ourselves.

Gardening: Introducing some gardening techniques, as well as learning about growing flowers and plants. Also included in this section is how to decorate your garden and house with the help of gardening skills.

Super shopping: Introducing some small specialized shops in Shanghai. It will help you to uncover some wonderful aspects to life in the most everyday places.
