【内容介绍】:

     The Amazing Race is a Reality program featuring 11 teams of 2 (12 in the third and fourth seasons) racing around the world for a cash prize of $1,000,000. The teams compete in thirteen legs traveling all over the world. In most legs the last team to arrive at the pit stop is eliminated. When only three teams remain in the race, they compete in a final leg. The team in first place is the winner of $1,000,000 and the winner of The Amazing Race.

    Congratulations to The Amazing Race, winning over Survivor and American Idol in the category of Best Reality Competition in the 2003 Primetime Emmy Awards. Now winner for the 2004 Primetime Emmy Awards, also beating both The Apprentice and Last Comic Standing.

【节目形式】：

本节目为冒险游戏类纪实节目，真实的参赛者、真实的场景、真实的情感流露，智力、体力、友谊的大挑战。参赛者2人一组报名参赛。2人组合可以是：母女、姐妹、兄弟、好朋友、工作伙伴、离异夫妻、恋人。出发地为美国，出发时每组拿到一个挑战项目。

【淘汰规则】：

游戏初始共有8—12个队伍参加，每个挑战将淘汰最后完成任务的组合。
优胜者在以最快速度完成11—13个任务之后，将成为百万美元大奖的赢家。
