As the cradle of classical music, Europe has produced many prestigious musicians and is still on a mission to promote classical music to other parts of the world.

 

China has seen a blossoming of classic music in recent years as more international musicians bring their expertise to this land. Dr. András Batta is among these promoters. As the president of Liszt Academy, he is also a musician himself.

I was born in Budapest. In my childhood, the music life and musical education was very good in Hungary, because there are so many music schools, elementary music schools. I went to Liszt school when I was 10 years old. So I grew up at the Liszt Academy, I reached the highest level there.

 

First established by legendary composer/pianist Ferenc Liszt more than 130 years ago, it is now among the top Royal Music Institutes.

We have a concert hall in a beautiful hundred year old building, so the students can study music and feel the amazing musical atmosphere at the Liszt Academy. 

During Dr. Batta's visit to Shanghai this year, he was delighted to see so many musical talents, some, are particularly young.

I think Chinese musicians have a special talent for the piano.

Their hands are very elastic, they move their hands very well, and I think there is a bright future for Chinese musicians.

 

A bright future can be predicted as some young Chinese pianists have already made their mark on the world stage and won large international audiences. The pursuit of classic music is even more popular in their home country.

Today classical music is no longer just a European tradition but the developments in China couldn't be achieved without the cooperation of musicians from other cultures.

所以我是和李斯特学院一同成长

李斯特音乐学院目前是世界最高皇家音乐学府之一

 

李斯特学院内的音乐厅有百年历史 环境优美

音乐氛围充满了整个校园

李斯特的学生不仅学习音乐

音乐就是他们的生活

 

今年Batta先生的上海之行

看到了很多音乐人才

有些甚至非常的年轻

 

我认为中国学生在钢琴上非常具有天赋

 

他们的手指细长 动作流畅

我认为中国古典音乐家具有非常光明的前景

 

我们在几位享誉国际的中国古典音乐家身上

似乎已经预见到这个光明的前景

国内也掀起了一股古典热

 

现在中国学习古典音乐的氛围很好

特别是让孩子有更多接受艺术熏陶的机会
